Run QS-DocumentAssembler as service

The QS-DocumentAssembler Service offers you the option of processing documents as a service without any user interaction, offering you the following advantages:
  • No user needs to be logged on.
  • Automatic restart by the Windows Service Manager.
  • Once the server has been restarted, the service starts up automatically.
  • Continuous processing of documents without the need for any user interaction
  • The service can run in a local system account or a user account.
  • Error logging in the Windows event log.
  • Dispatch of an e-mail in the event of an error.
The service can, of course, also process documents for and on network drives, provided the drives in question are available in user mode.

The general functionality of the desktop version hasn´t changed compared to version 3.5.

QS-DocumentAssembler Service is compatible with the Microsoft Windows operating systems from Windows XP upwards.
